Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's what you can do:

Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• You must keep the receipt or order number.

How to request it

Email us at contacto.lumibu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm the next steps within a maximum of 48 business hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we'll process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.

Defective or incorrect products

If the product arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us with photos of the item and packaging; we'll cover the return shipping cost and arrange the exchange or refund at no cost to you.
