Processing and shipping times

We prepare every order with care. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow its status at any time.

Delays

During high-demand periods (such as Christmas or Halloween) delivery times may be slightly extended. We'll let you know if we notice any issue with your shipment.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at contacto.lumibu@gmail.com so we can try to correct it before shipping.
